【早餐食乜好】5分鐘低脂香蕉Pancake

星期日我都要返工,是什麼節奏!!冇計啦,唔辛苦邊得世間財🤑🤑 !


為咗可以爭取多啲時間補眠😴😴,但同時又想享受一個good good good morning☀️☀️,唯有出動M&S嘅Buttermilk Pikelets啦!薄薄地可以當pancake咁食,再加啲乳酪同水果🍓🍌🥝,5分鐘就準備好一份美味營養早餐💪🏻💪🏻!每100克仲少過1克脂肪,啱哂減磅人士👏🏻👏🏻!





GRACE'S TIPS:

  • 🥞 1.5片Pikelets = 1份五穀(1片約50千卡)

  • 💦 雖然呢款Pikelets有低脂嘅好處,但其實佢都幾高鈉,所以推薦配以一啲高鉀水果一齊食(例如:香蕉、奇異果、火龍果等)
